The technician who came was professional and informative. However, last week a technician was scheduled who never came. I tried to contact the company to see if he was coming after the time frame had expired. I was unable to reach a human being. All I could get was an automated system telling me that my technician was coming between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm of that day. The following day I had to go online and reschedule my appointment. I was not happy that we waited around from 8:00 am until after 6:30 pm and no one called to tell us that they were not coming.

My Technician was kind professional knowledgeable and efficient. So thankful for such excellent service.

Great service. Price too high

Bob was terrific. He explained everything. Was professional and called ahead. What I did not like was that I was scheduled last Friday and nobody showed up. I waited all day and no call just a dozen texts and emails confirming the appointment. I should have know because before Bob showed up the email had his photo, I’d # and a description of the truck he would be arriving in .
