Technician was excellent. Fixed issue and made sure all was okay before leaving. However, my appointment times were always at 5 pm and technician arrived after that. Even though the part was delivered, I still did not get an earlier time of day. There was confusion between warranty company and repair man. Had to reschedule multiple times.

The service technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. the dryer no longer had a problem when he came so he stayed and ran through several Cycles to make sure it didn't reoccur. I feel he did a thorough job and he said there was a 30-day warranty if the problem shows up again
