So i was told my fridge was fixed but it is not. The fridge is still at 80 degrees. Also they need to give a more specific time prior to day of repair. 8-5 window is too long. Plus I waited 3 weeks to not even have it fixed yet.

Tech did nothing stated he could not find the serial number on the stove so would not do anything he said it was a liability . 137 dollars for nothing.

My refrigerator shelf bracket falls off now. The screw won't hold it in place now. I called the service person and the service right after the repair, but nobody got back to me. I set up another appointment and nobody showed. I set up a third appointment and they created a virtual pre-appointment. Nobody called! This is very disappointing.
