Very proficient. Several technicians had failed to diagnose the issue from a different repair company. It remains to be seen whether this problem is resolved, but this is the first time someone has gotten to the root issue.

Darrin was great! He knew what was wrong after a 2 minute conversation on the phone before he even got there. Had my dryer fixed in just a few minutes! Sears on the other hand, almost 2 months I had to wait for a service technician. Do better. I will be looking into other warranty options.
