Wall Oven service
Brian diagnosed the problem with our wall oven as a relay board which is no longer available. Why? The oven is only 10 yrs old and should still be serviceable! Brian went above and beyond to fix an issue with an incorrect home address on our account. I could not reach or speak with a live service representative. This is frustrating & unacceptable.

Wayne was very good. He explained that the drain was blocked and there was a build up of ice. He cleaned it out. He said it could take 24 - 48 hours for the temperature to be back to normal. Therefore, I cannot confirm that the problem has been resolved yet.

First, I would like to thank Angel for the time and effort to complete the dryer repair. However, the communication from Sears Home Services is terrible. First, scheduling the repair for a specific day and getting a 9 hour window is ridiculous. It is not a window at all if it is the entire day. Second, I received an emails from Sears with expected arrival times of 8:41. At about 10:00 I checked the website and the new arrival time was 11:30. Again no technician and I continued to check and got these updated arrival times - 3:15 and 5:05. The website stated that If there was a delay I would be notified. I was never notified and finally Angel arrived at 5:25. I was very happy with the outcome of the repair but have a hard time recommending Sears Home Service due to the almost non-existent scheduling.

Wayne was the Tech assigned to diagnose my refrigerator last Friday…as I had the water filter housing go bad as well as a plastic slider rack actually crack which holds the middle drawer. Wayne ordered both parts that day and they were shipped to my home this week, without incident. This Friday, Wayne arrived back to complete the job and took the time to explain each part he was replacing, how and why, etc. This made understanding the process a whole lot easier and was much appreciated. He cleaned up the old materials and put the refrigerator back in place with no issues. I would definitely recommend Wayne to fix your future refrigerator repairs/or to simply consult with regarding any issues. He is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, re refrigerator repairs. She even switched my washer and dryer so that dryer would be on the right and the washer on the left so the dryer door would open away from the washer so I had better access.
