Only did half the job. Then came back and tried to charge me almost $700 to do the work that was supposed to have been done the first time they were here. And when they showed up the second time, he had a huge attitude like I did something wrong and rudely accused me of calling him over the weekend. And never did. No thanks. Awful all around.

Furnace - boiler system
He did not listen to where the leak was coming from underneath as well as maybe the line . So depending on it being repaired, isn't happening & telling me to get the oil company to fix it ?!?!

Tracker timing pointless
Service time was pushed back all day and untimely rescheduled to following day, which was also ever changing time wise. Taking multiple days off due to mis scheduling is frustrating and unprofessional.. especially with such a huge time frame for service.

Lousy Service
Worst service experience ever: 1. First trip wasted as parts unavailable in spite of my giving symptoms that should have been obvious. Needed 2 control boards which were ordered. Ken explained why both boards were required, since changing just 1 was looking for problems down the line. 2. New appointment agreed to was 10/12. Email confirmation instead showed 10/11. 3. On 10/11 tech showed up at 5:30 apparently flustered from overwork. Immediately discovered the lower control board sent was incorrect. 4 upper board replaced and machine came on, but I was told I was making the tech nervous ( I was just curiously watching what was done) 5 Now I was told the lower control board wasn't needed to be changed, since the machine was working. It is my opinion that you need to hire more techs to increase productivity and monitor parts ordering to ensure accuracy.. I am extremely disappointed in this experience, and will seriously consider never using your services again

Very disappointed
The part hanging in the dryer was still there after Lori said everything was in working order. I called back four times with no resolution. Twice I was told Lori would come back. Once I was hung up on. I waited and Lori never came back. Now I'll have to reschedule and clear my calendar for another 8-5 full day because the issue wasn't resolved.
