Wonderful service person, happy to have him in our home. Also took care of my freezer while he was here.

First of all, both technicians, Lori and Angel, were great. However, every other aspect of the experience was tedious and grueling. Scheduling sometime between 8am and 5pm is absurd. Customer service representatives were unable to answer any questions and seemed as though they were reading prepared responses. Parts questions? "You will hear from the parts department within 24 to 48 hours." Questions about scheduling? "You will receive an email" Questions on technician's arrival? "The dispatch department will contact you in 1 to 2 hours." MY original repair schedule was postponed due to parts delay. Turns out the delay was for a screw. And generic hose clamps, both which are readily available anywhere. The automated answering service is frustrating to say the least. And the entire process was overpriced.

Never use sears again
It took 5 visits to figure out why are fridge water wasn't working. 2 times the sears guys never showed up and no call no show and no live person to talk to. When they did show up I asked to talk to a manager and they refused to get one on phone

Washer is still broken
I called to get someone to come back out and fix the washer since it is still broken. I was told I could not schedule a service because the service call is still open even though Angel was here three days ago. I was told I would be contacted in a few days to figure out the next steps in getting my washer fixed. This is completely unacceptable. I have paid for the service and the service contract and I have nothing but aggravation and a broken washer.

Angel was courteous and professional but could not fix my problem. Sears as a company is absolutely terrible! Appointments from 8 am to 5 pm???? This is ridiculous. Should be either morning or afternoon and not blocking all day!!!! Don't want Sears in my house anymore and will let AHS know!

NEED TECH TO COME BACK - ICE MACHINE STILL NOT WORKING
Jahlil was a nice guy but when you pay to get the ice machine fixed you expect the unit to make ice after the repair is complete. I need Jahlil E to get back to the house ASAP to get the unit working. It is making a big block of ice in the unit and not generating cubes.

They came from Sears to repair my refrigerator and sent a technician who came to cause severe damage to my house with a water leak that damaged the wood of my floor and the ceiling of the basement, I have videos and photos of the damage that was done

The service was done when the service man came
The service man was very good and knowledgeable. But the problem is that our appointment was postponed FOUR times, and we were not inform with the postponement until after waiting all day. We cancelled Doctors appointments to wait forte service. And the window appointment is the entire day.
