Lori is a fantastic technician, very knowledgeable and friendly! She just repaired my dryer today and so far all seems good! She gets 4 starts because I ended up paying 80$ more for an extra roller my dryer didn't need and also forgot to tighten the clamp on the dryer vent tube to the dryer. Hopefully the repair is done correctly as of now the dryer seems to be working great!

My annual maintenance call was very informative. Not only was my fridge cleaned and checked out, but I was told how I can clean the coils myself and what to look for incase a problem comes up. This was my second appointment however, since my first was two weeks ago, was a no show. Not even a phone call the first time. Also, be prepaired to wait all day, 8am-5pm for the person to show up.

Experienced repairman; diagnosed in 5 seconds he saw the unit. he says "mini refrigerator?"....you cant even get parts for this.

I asked if I could clean behind the stove and he said "why, it's only going to get dirty! " Then did not want to get stove all the way back. He was afraid glass top might shatter. My husband and friend did get the stove back to its original position. Brenda Guffy
