Exceptional, Professional,. Richard knows his stuff. I had a horrible experience with the previous technician. I almost cancelled my policy because of my experience Richard went above and beyond, my expectations. I hope he is a Team Lead? Please be careful when hiring workers that have poor people skills just to fill a position. Read what customers are saying and concerns about technicians that raise eyebrows. Do background checks and reference checks . Richard, keep up the great work.
