The service person, was very knowledgeable, educated about the fridge suggestions how to store things properly so the air circulate bette we have been having trouble with our fridge since we got it, since going with with sears , our fridge is been better then ever. our technician was very knowledgeable, explain how the air circulated and how to load the fridge a little better.
