Angel was an excellent technician. He was knowledgeable and explained how to best use the appliances. Unfortunately the automationed systems were not customer friendly. I had trouble scheduling. There needs to be more customer service reps. On the day of my appointment I heard nothing until mid-day. The text said I needed to confirm for tomorrow but it was scheduled for today. They kept updated arrival times all afternoon until 4:30. After the appointment I received a phone call reminding me of my appointment tomorrow but with the date of today. There needs to be more customer service and less automation.
