Tommy is the best technician that's ever been to my house

He should be promoted. I'm not kidding. He should be training new people on in-home etiquette and professionalism, not working in the field. He's too good for it and should be teaching the next generation.

We were one of Lori's last calls of the day, having started at 8am and getting to us around 5pm. She spent a lot of time working on our dryer issue. Couldn't have asked for a better technician!

The repairman was able to repair our oven the first visit. Looked at it, saw the problem, able to go out and come in a hour or so to repair it. Most times we had to wait for the part, then another service call another time. This time all in my day, our oven was up and ready that night. I was very happy to have my oven back and have a service guy that did above and beyond his job.
