Initial contact with Sears Home Services was not satisfactory. Only the 3rd person I spoke to was able to identify my appliance and my service contract to be able to schedule an appointment. My AI communication was actually more effective. The AI assistant I had a text communication with was able to understand my explanation of the malfunction and order the correct part (water pump) ahead of time, so it was on hand when the technician arrived. Having an 8 hour time window for scheduled service is somewhat inconvenient. It would not seem too difficult to narrow the scheduling to a 4 hour window. However, I have been extremely satisfied overall with my Sears service contract, the prompt response, and the competent technicians. Thank you.
