Tommy was the 2nd one to come due to the first tech ordering some parts. Tommy listened to everything I said and patiently listened and explained everything. I was so upset already because the first one was kind of brushing me off but what a sigh of relief that good techs still exist. Thank you Tommy!!!

Lori diagnosed and fixed the problem with our relatively new(15 mo old) washer. The main bolt securing the motor to the transmission was extremely loose nearly falling out. She secured it and it appears that out loud noise during the spin part of washing cycle is gone. Hopefully no other damage was done to the machine because of this fastener being not tight from the factory.
