Lori was very informative as it related to the situation with my washer. She explained that the plastic detergent packs can clog the drainage. She suggested that we use liquid detergent or put the packs in the washer before loading. Lori is a credit to your company

Brian was polite, efficient and apologetic for the part needed to fix my problem with my GE stove was no longer available! I was upset to have to pay to hear that the part needed to fix my problem was not available! I think he called it diagnostic fee Or something like that! Of course not his fault!
