Maytag service
Thank you Lori for excellent service on my aging dryer. Fortunately nothing major which would require appliance replacement. Another reason to stay with Maytag for decades of excellence both in product quality & service.

Tommy showed up on time put my fridge through All the tests, it passed no issues found and I told him if it happens again I'll record the sound. He is very nice and try's to figure things out to help if it goes out again.

Lori worked hard to repair a washer lid that was loosened by a prior tech during a repair. Unfortunately, she could not get it to stop jiggling, but she assured me the lid will not fall off. She worked on it for a long time, giving it her very best. Your technicians are the only aspect of Sears that is positive. Treat them right, and treat customers right. You definitely are rued to customers when we call, and are never allowed to speak to anyone in the US. You guys mess up everything, cancel appts, provide wrong info, and lie, but once a tech arrives, we know we are in good hands, and Lori is one of the best!
