Darrin was great! He knew what was wrong after a 2 minute conversation on the phone before he even got there. Had my dryer fixed in just a few minutes! Sears on the other hand, almost 2 months I had to wait for a service technician. Do better. I will be looking into other warranty options.

Wayne replaced the compressor in our refrigerator and was kind enough to also adjust the pneumatic cylinder on our screen door (after it slammed on him..) Nice to see a service tech who really cares about his job and being a professional.
