Appointment was set for 8AM to Noon...at 12, I called, all automated. no way to speak to a real human so, no idea when anyone will arrive...finally 1:30 the tech called me and said Sears set my window 1-5PM. Great tech and refrigerator service BUT, customer service is lacking. 🫤🫤🫤

the guy Bruce they sent was a nice guy - so i give it 2 stars. But me and Chat-gpt know a lot more about my treadmill then he did. As I explained, my treadmill was shutting off when i was doing fast intervals (6:20 pace) but otherwise was fine. I bought a new controller board online and installed it. When i did that I also decided to lube the deck because it had been a few years. (in hindsight, only do 1 thing at time). When i turned it back on, the belt was jerky. I figured my deck belt adjustment for the lube screwed something up (which wasn't true.. read on). Bruce spent a while on the treadmill. I came to check on it - and he said its fixed. I turned it on a 1 mph and same jerky belt. He diagnosed - it must be the motor... but you can't get a new motor (from Sears.. but you can online in 2 minutes of searching). He left. when i had a break, i did what I should have done originally (and he should have done too). I reinstalled the original controller board. The belt turned smooth as butter. So the new control board is no good. I'm just a guy with Co-Pilot. Sears should know better.

It’s been 23 hours since repair and I am still waiting for ice maker to make ice. Tech said about 24 hours ??? Called the number you sent. Automated. Kept advising me of appointment time. Did not help. I want to talk to a live person

Service tech was forcing the new part so much that I thought it was going to break. I got the feeling he didn’t want me in the same room especially when he said “go sit over there”.

Technician was unable to provide “exact” repair solution. My gas dryer is not fully drying and i still do not know what needs to be fixed. I need my money back for service call

Technician partially fixed my issue, ordered a part to complete issue. It's been over two weeks since part was ordered. The service number he gave me was invalid. There is no option to speak with a human on tele number he gave me.
