Unlike your disastrous automated scheduling infrastructure, Desmond was amazing at addressing the issue with the dryer and immediately correcting it. You folks couldn’t even provide Desmond with the correct address, which the bot incorrectly recorded and then took me two days to convey to someone at your end yesterday. Another bankruptcy shortly in the horizon. BTW, the replacement parts cost $10 and you robbed me for $77.

Service Tech Desmond was very professional. It was difficult, but he got the job done. The company can do better with scheduling. The repair took six attempts, each with a nine hour 8-5 window. Please use a four hour window and you will have even happier customers.
