The center burner is still not working

I made an appointment for Monday 1 to 5. At 5 the technician text stated he would not arrive unil 7 ish. I rescheduled to Wednesday 8 to 1, the technician didn't arrive until 2. Please work on this horrible time span. I wasted 2 days and the technician was still not in the assugned time span!!!. The technician was polite and informative, but the nature of the issue with the washer did not necessitate him looking at parts or dismantling the machine. He just advised on usage based on the model and showed me oicture of the mechanics of the machineto.prove there was no need to check filters, etc.. So while I did not have to pay for parts, etc. my wasted 2 days was not worth the service fees to stand and talk.
