Robert was very nice and worked in a difficult confined space. My issue is the bill- Robert determined that the outlet was not working and I would need an electrician. Instead of being charged the diagnostic fee I have been charged $341. It said “repaired wiring”- which meant he plugged it into a different outlet. I did not become aware of charge until I received email. When I called for clarification I was told they would forward info to billing , I could not contact them directly, they couldn’t say if bill would be adjusted and I would not be contacted with outcome. Obviously the Sears name is not what it once was. Buyer beware! -Also, the “approval “ is not my signature Addendum: there is no way to access the site mentioned in the response from Sears

It has been 6 months and the technicians have made several visits but my dishwasher is still not fixed. I had an appointment scheduled for today between 1 and 5. It is 8:19 and I just got a text to rate my technician, but he NEVER showed up. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM SEARS!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I paid good money for the warranty and it is worse than worthless because they are WASTING MY TIME!
