Malcom S. was professional and had a positive and friendly attitude. He diagnosed the issue with my washing machine. But since I've had the machine for more then 8 years, I decided not to repair it and buy a new one.

Very pleased with the technician James who serviced the Kenmore Refrigerator. He was very polite, very professional. Worked diligently to replace the parts on Refrigerator, was very thorough and did an overall check, before and after the labor. Thank you James!!
