Desmond was very customer oriented and considerate while in our home. He explained the estimate great detail so that I fully understood the problem and was able to make the best decision. He is an outstanding employee and you’re fortunate to have him.

The repairman was very knowledgeable and efficient. He made the experience very comfortable by not having me take everything out of the freezer. I had the same problem with the freezer about six years ago. And the service person had me empty all of the contents from the freezer. So this experience was much smoother.
