Stephen did an amazing job fixing our fridge! He diagnosed the problem very quickly and was able to remediate quickly as well!

That rating solely for the technician Desmond. Working with this company is one of the absolute worst, most unresponsive experiences ever. Horrible.

Excellent knowledge of tractor, and worked with a good attitude

He came on time, was polite, neat, explained issue and fixed the problem. I’m not used to that type of service from Sears. Usually although you tell receptionist the issue, they send the repairman out without the necessary parts. No parts needed for this.
