Juan was very knowledgeable capable and personable as a technician. However, I tried to door and there’s still does not seem to be any spring tension to it and it just goes right down. I would like to have the tension tighter. Can you please advise how this can be accomplished.

The tech arrived 90 minutes from first calling and had an attitude. I was not happy with his personality but his diagnostic was on target.

The call was for the annual check-up. When Brett arrived, he took nothing out of his van. No tools or pressure gauge to check the coolant level. Brett than checked the outside unit. I waited for Brett, outside. but he became busy on a personal phone call for about 10 minutes. At the end of the call he then tells me he could not check the unit properly because it was blocked by a rose bush. This is true. While Brett went inside to check the air handler, I was trimming the rose bush so Brett could finish the job. When Brett came out I showed him the cleared air conditioner. Brett said everything was fine and was about to leave. Iased about the coolant and Brett stated all was well and knew the coolant was fine without checking. Brett then left.
