The service provided by the technician, James D., was great. He came Friday afternoon, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part within 20 minutes with the return to repair scheduled for the following Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. The part came in early and auto-scheduled the repair for Monday and James D. came and did the repair in 30 minutes. With 15+ people coming for Thanksgiving it was important to get the repair done quickly… Thank you James D.
