Excellent knowledge of tractor, and worked with a good attitude

He came on time, was polite, neat, explained issue and fixed the problem. I’m not used to that type of service from Sears. Usually although you tell receptionist the issue, they send the repairman out without the necessary parts. No parts needed for this.

need to go back the ice maker is still not working and I'm sure he needs to put the new water valve in.
