Excellent knowledge of tractor, and worked with a good attitude

He came on time, was polite, neat, explained issue and fixed the problem. I’m not used to that type of service from Sears. Usually although you tell receptionist the issue, they send the repairman out without the necessary parts. No parts needed for this.

Did a great job fixing the problem but left water all over the floor. Not a lot but enuf that Shd have been wiped up
