I wish you will know the price of the part and service coast before the tech gets to your place because the price I was told was ridiculous. It was better to get a new appliance. It’s not the tech’s fault but that is why you do your research and send all needed info first.

Juan was very knowledgeable capable and personable as a technician. However, I tried to door and there’s still does not seem to be any spring tension to it and it just goes right down. I would like to have the tension tighter. Can you please advise how this can be accomplished.

The tech arrived 90 minutes from first calling and had an attitude. I was not happy with his personality but his diagnostic was on target.
