So they patched up the hose and it broke again

The call was for the annual check-up. When Brett arrived, he took nothing out of his van. No tools or pressure gauge to check the coolant level. Brett than checked the outside unit. I waited for Brett, outside. but he became busy on a personal phone call for about 10 minutes. At the end of the call he then tells me he could not check the unit properly because it was blocked by a rose bush. This is true. While Brett went inside to check the air handler, I was trimming the rose bush so Brett could finish the job. When Brett came out I showed him the cleared air conditioner. Brett said everything was fine and was about to leave. Iased about the coolant and Brett stated all was well and knew the coolant was fine without checking. Brett then left.

Found a Freon leak fixed it but never checked to make sure that was the only issue, now I have to wait another week for another tech to come out and actually fix my refrigerator to which I have lost $2000.00 worth of food, and Sears could not care less, the home protection plan is great but customer service stinks. Contacted them like response said they did nothing and I lost $2500 worth of food due to the technician not doing his job and only being reimbursed $300.

Technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable. I was very annoyed that he was required to leave the old part at my house. P.S. Edit to my review, with more history. The Customer Service for Appliance Repair is terrible. My repair was not done correctly, and I had to deal with a Bot to start to address it.I made an appointment for the repair person to return, which was cancelled by Sears without notice. Then, I was forced to have a Video appointment.in lieu of a human being. Now, I have still another appointment. There is no person to talk to, and the Bot keeps calling to confirm the time and then change the time. The CANSPAM unsubscribe in the email doesn't work, and goes to an error page, and so I now have constant email solicitations. Sears appliance repair ranks with one of the worst experiences ever.
