1) The tech overcharged for the estimate. It was suppose to cost $119. he charged me $129 2) He did not bring the replacement ice maker. He had 3 weeks to pre-order it. 3) I never received a written estimate to replace the ice maker.

Fridge is not fixed. Fridge/freezer is warm. Still waiting for an appt to have them come back to fix. Waited 41 days for technician to show up to fix the first time

I scheduled a technician to come give me a diagnostic on my washing machine. He quoted me for repairs for the wrong machine and failed to mention what was wrong with the machine. I've called customer service for the last 3 days hoping to get a response on why this was and if I could get some more information. I was informed that a new technician could come out and give me another diagnostic BUT ID BE CHARGED AGAIN! $100 for something that was a mistake on our end. Horrible customer service. I will be going elsewhere as you have robbed me.

The worst service in the world, appointments postponed for weeks, appointments that say. who came and never arrived, no one knows how to give you an answer, they pass you from operator to operator for hours! I have been dealing with my dryer for over a year, they fix it and it works for 3 weeks sometimes and other times I dry it only once and it is already damaged again! They refuse to change it! Don't waste your time buying guarantees with them! They don't work!

We have been left without an oven since Thanksgiving, due to Sears Home Service technician incompetency. We have had 4 separate scheduled appointments, all rescheduled at no fault of ours. Most recently, the technician was scheduled to come at 3:28, never called, and at 3:50 I received an automated text message with a photo of a house and said "sorry I missed you"- they went to the wrong house. Never got a phone call. When I tried to get in contact with a human at Sears, every phone number or online chat directs me to a robot and then hangs up the phone after re-sending confirmation of the appointment that the technician just missed by going to the wrong home. We are still without an oven.

The technician came late. He also wanted to charge us more than the initial 99.00 fee. He looked at the dryer and told us the gas was off and he turned a switch to turn the gas on. He then attempted to charge 180.00. My husband disputed the charge. We paid the initial 99.00 fee. However, today we wanted dry clothes and it's still blowing cold air. Therefore, we paid for services without proper diagnosis and no repair recommendations. We're also out of 99.00 plus tax. Who should I contact to make a complaint and request a refund?

Brett was fine. Close to on time. But all the contact information, email address, phone number and web address on the follow up product replacement email do not work. The phone only redirects to such an extended email address that it's impossible to write down. No one has responded to the email I sent and the web address doesn't bring you the a Sears site.
