Assessment of refrigerator. Not cooling properly and making growling and churning noises. Appointment had to be rescheduled because tech didn't make appointment first day. Tech was professional, explained problem clearly.

Went online in the morning, scheduled appointment and an experienced tech. was at my house and fixed the issue by 2pm. Providing some preventative tips to avoid the same issue from reoccurring.
