The technician was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Lots of helpful hints and showed me details about the oven. The price for the part and labor is outrageously high. It seems to be a pattern with Sears repair services. Both times I elected not to get the item fixed as the price was way too high. Also a simple part such as a door gasket was not on the truck. Had to be ordered and the technician would have to return to install.
