Germaine arrived when he said he would, began to work immediately and resolved what the problem was with my LG refrigerator very quickly. He explained what the cost would be to repair the freon leak but couldn't guarantee that was the only problem. We agreed that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. His entire appointment lasted less than 25 minutes. Thank you!!!

Germaine was very professional and told me what was the problem with the ice maker. I asked him if the ice maker doesn't produce ice after defrosting the line what happens next. He said call us back as you have 90 days warranty.

He did the work necessary but was not very personable. I don’t know whether it is you automatic on line booking program of the technician, but I was scheduled for 8 to 12 today and he arrived at 1:30. I was close to rescheduling.

It took far too long (4 weeks) to schedule. The parts did not arrive in a week as promised, so three Wednesdays past before my microwave was working again.

I ask the technician why it keeps freezing up his answer was Shit happens I told him their had to be a reason didn’t get answer We will see if he fixed it this time
