Awful. Rude and insulting technician. Spent 10 minutes here, charged $400 for labor when absolutely nothing was done. I was told $149 for diagnostics. I wasn’t given an actual diagnosis of the problem. Called the back of my fridge “filthy”. Condescending when speaking to me. FYI you will not be getting a Sears technician - these are contracted workers. Calling for help is useless as only AI is available… “no live agents”.

Three appointments in total, Rescheduled the appointment three times one for each. 8am-5pm repair window is crazy. Came out and replaced the compressor on my fridge, it STILL isn’t getting cold. Tech came back AGAIN and didn’t file that the unit isn’t repairable, he told me to to “be an advocate for myself”. Frigidaire will not replace the unit as a result. Have been getting thrown through the ringer with customer support. Have not had a working fridge in over a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t have sears come fix anything in your house you’re better off with a mom and Pop business.

Technician was nice but multiple cancellations (at least 4-5) that required me to take off work at a hospital to sit around waiting from 8-5 for it to be cancelled between 11-12 noon after being texted multiple times in the week and on the day of service that technician was coming. Unacceptable for a simple fix

We called up requesting a repair of our icemaker on our refrigerator. The technician walked in was not here five minutes looked at it and quoted a price to replace it. I said we don’t want it replaced. Can it be repaired, he said we don’t repair them we only replace them. We had no intention to replacing anything. We wanted to get it fixed. If they told us they did not do repairs. We would not have agreed to this. Total waste of a morning, waiting for absolutely nothing

Do not trust this company. I contacted them to service my Fischer & Paykel range and they told me they do which was not true. I waited for the technician, who arrived over an hour later than the tracking app indicated, and he said they do not service the brand and that the company consistently tells companies they service brands that they do not.The technician himself was apologetic.

If i could give leas than 1 star i would. The tech came and ran a “diagnostic” on his phone and verbally told us the dryer repair would cost $800-$1000. I asked if we would receive the diagnosis and estimate and he said yes. I received nothing. When i followed all the prompts to get the report, it said the washer was stacked and he was unable. Whatever that means. In light of this report i am doubtful he even ran a comprehensive diagnostic!! And then he proceeded to charge me $158. I agreed to a service call charge of $119! I Tried to to reach someone by phone and the AI prompts just end up going in a circle. There is NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON!! I believe Sears Home Services is a big scam and i have filed a dispute with my cc company.

worst service company, do not use, didn’t even check my ice nachine just automatically said I needed a new one. The false misleading statement that the original 150.00 diagnostic fee goes towards your repair isn’t true they mearly don’t charge you that fee again when they return to install the part. Can’t even talk to a company representative it’s a completely AI company. Not the Sears repair it used to be!! Only giving 1 star because it won’t let me post w/o a star

Horrible experience they cancelled 3 times on me with the excuse that the parts didn't come in and I already had them in my house and told them that,so they were lying. I was without a fridge for 4 weeks and it ended up being only a 10 minute repair😡

This repairman, Gerard, was here exactly 4 minutes and stated, "well its working now, I dont know what you want me to do about it!" Out the door he went!!! The issue is intermittent x5 days before I even got someone here.
