Nicolas was wonderful he explained everything so clearly he was caring and understanding about my situation. He explained what he was doing at every moment and why. He discussed the Sears plan that would cover my appliances and the discount on the work being done today asked upon the plan. Nicolas was professional and yet personable. Having necessarily had other service providers in my home in the last 6 months Nicolas was a breath of fresh air to work with. A tribute to the Sears Company and the Kenmore products

My service technician Nicholas was great! He is always professional and kind. That's why he gets the 5 star rating! My problem is with your customer service and my appointments being canceled! Both times I'm sitting home waiting for someone to show and both times I've received texts in the middle of the day saying they won't be able to come! 2 times in a row they canceled my appointments and rescheduled me the following week. I've been without my washer for a month now. When you call for an appointment there is NO ONE that can get in touch with to find out WHY they couldn't put me in for an earlier time. I worked for the Sears Service Center in Fairfield for years and we would NEVER TREAT OUR CUSTOMERS THE WAY THEY DO NOW! It is unacceptable! And I have a service contract that I pay for every month! I should be reimbursed for at least 1 month of my contract. This company has gone down the tubes and I will no longer call Sears for anything. You need to change your business model and start to consider the customer who keeps money coming into the Executives pockets! This was just a shame act on this company's part.
