Sears Home Service-Snow Blower Service & Repair by Bruce
I have to say that this experience was very good. I called Sears Home Service on 16 Jan 2025, around 3:30 pm to find tech to service a snow blower given to me. Sears had an appt scheduled the next day. The tech called this morning with his estimated time. Bruce came in for the service. Afterwards, he needed to test the blower outside but I forgot that I had my garage door manually tied shut. So we removed the ties, opened the door and took the blower outside to test. It was a good thing that we did that because he found some residual gas had gelled in the carburetor. Once that was cleaned, Bruce put it back, restarted and the blower ran well. He then gave me a quick training on using it. Once we were done, he brought the blower back in and helped me close the garage door back up and we closed out the service ticket. He did ask me about the warranty service and I told him that I was looking into it but was not ready at this time. I really appreciated his time and his work on my equipment. He even provided recommendations on some garage doors and openers. Thank you!
