Broke dryer, no one ever followed up

Fixed bad roller on dryer, but broke the igniter in the process. Not mad about that part, it happens. However, said I'd be contacted the next day about fixing it, which never happened. Had to order part and replace it myself instead.

Incompetent Repair Service Broke Combo Microwave/Oven

John was not the original service person assigned, but came along with the original service person the last two visits. In August, we called Sears as the handle on our combo microwave oven door had broken, as the screws had broken off into the door unit. The microwave and oven still worked. The same service person came to diagnose the problem and after taking off the door, advised that a new handle would have to be ordered, to which we agreed. The next day, when we attempted to use the microwave, the user interface no longer operated correctly as the start button did not light up, making it impossible to use the microwave. The oven, however, still worked. The same repair person returned and was made aware of the new issue. Problem diagnosed as an issue with the user interface board and advised we had to order that part. The oven still worked. The next visit, the same repair person returned with a partner and removed both the microwave and oven doors, as well as the user interface. After replacing the user interface, the issue was not resolved and now the diagnosis was there was something wrong with the sensors where the latches of the microwave door close, so the user interface is not sensing that the door as closed and thus, would not allow the microwave to start. He then removed the new interface and put the old interface board back in place and advised that they would order the sensors. That evening, the oven now would not work, giving off a C-A2 code. The same person returned, with John, and now it was the cooling fan that was the alleged problem. Same person returned, with John, and cooling fan did not have right component, so had to order it. Same person returned today, with John, and could not fix the issue, so advised us the company said they would not schedule any more services and just to refund the money. Two months later and 6 service calls later, we went from a broken handle to completely broken appliance. BBB Complaint filed.

Air conditioning

It took over 6 weeks to fix an air conditioner, over 15 calls and a lot of follow up. I'm very unhappy with the overall experience.

Worse experience!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The entire experience has been absolutely horrible. The 1st day he did not arrive within the window time kept getting pushed back again and again. When finally showed the following day after pushing the time back again he seemed uninterested in doing any of the work. Said I can purchase my thermostat for cheaper because the store he needed to go tho was closed, only to find out I was not able to purchase it cheaper. He said he'd be back Monday I called him on Monday told him to get the thermostat before he came back, again never showed then pushed my appt back until Friday. When he arrives on Friday he does not have the thermostat says he has to call for approval. Calls his manager Lee who says no I as the customer has to get it because the thermostat is to expensive. Me and granddaughter ask to speak to Lee while the technician is on the phone. The tech acts like he doesn't want us to touch his phone we said he can leave it on speaker Lee then proceeds to hang up the phone when he heard us ask to speak to the manager. I'm then wondering what exactly he thought he was coming out to do today, I ask him and he says I don't know. I went over 2 weeks without one of those during the heat wave only to still not have it fixed and now have to contact another company. I do not recommend, from the customer service team on the phone to the technicians to the management. Super unprofessional
