Left without telling me the diagnosis
He went out to the truck to report his findings, and said the warranty company would let him know if it was approved in 15-20 mins. He never came back or called me

Unsatisfied
Malcom replaced the parts that were ordered based on the diagnostic, however the problem is still occurring. The issue with the washer is that it is showing "UL" on the display. I did one load and it worked fine. Now the second load which is only a few pieces, it is showing error

Didn't take responsibility for the work
Didn't explain the report properly to me, just sent it to the warranty company and they said its missing the part number. When I contacted, he said he can't help. Overall lack of responsibility and proper diagnosis, even though warranty company didn't do a great job either. used our washroom without even asking, spilled the bad water on the floor, didn't even apologize.. just casually asked me just get towels ....

Very confusing
I realize technicians are supposed to share what they are doing to your appliance. But this technician seemed confused and flustered by the whole situation. Starting even with how to park when he got to my house. He did not make the experience very seem less. He ended up not fixing anything. and I ended up calling Sear warranty back to see what I had to do next.

Fix refrigerator
My refrigerator is linking again as of today. The repair man refused to wear a mask when asked. I have to make another service call. It took several attempts to get service and the problem as not been solved.

Timer was not replaced?
Repair Gentlemen tried to explain to your agent that the dryer timer should be replaced and could not get approval???? I have never had an issue with your company before and have recommended Choice to many people.

Sears never completed our request. All the technician had said if you call 508time this problem is not gonna be solved. Extended warranty is not worth it and Sears telephone system. I would rate zero because you cannot speak to human..

Horrible
Send it was something he diligently didn't check. More concert with getting in and out. It's like none of your techs appreciate their jobs seriously. Like everything recorded so, I basically saw you do close to nothing smh

Very unhappy with experience
I was very unhappy from start to finish. The automated system where I couldn't speak to anyone if I have concerns or would like a new technician was problematic. Moreover, I was very unhappy that the technician scratched the top of my washer because he was laying on it and putting his tools on it. I felt this technician did not respect my personal desires for the level of care I wanted in how the work approached l. I feel the technician made me feel like I was a nuisance and did not have regard for care in my home and the customer's wants. The customer should feel that they have a technician who aims to care, nkt just fix a problem in a way that damages their property or makes them feel their wants aren't being considered. I felt my machine incurred damage from the repair and that my standards of customer service were not met. The automated system also left me feeling there was no one to address my concerns after the first visit. Never would I recommend such a horrible service experience.
