5 stars for Ismer. I was the last stop for Ismer but he took the time to carefully check that the new motor worked as designed and ensured that the water softener was fully functional. This was the day before the 4th of July!! I highly recommend his work. Sears on the other hand needs to step up their game in terms in scheduling service appointments. I give them 2 stars at best as they don't have an efficient scheduling system.
