Overall rating

Dean did a great job. He was knowledgeable and took care of the issue quickly. My only complaint is not with Dean. When I scheduled my appointment I also requested they send someone who could look at both my refrigerator and washing machine…all which is done with a virtual assistant. Unfortunately Dean could only work on the refrigerator which is frustrating given I took off half a day to be home for the service. Virtual assistants are not good for creating a customer service experience and this time it was a failure. Now I need to start the process over and take more time off of work

Alexander G. Communicated with me ahead of his visits and was very respectful of my home. He diagnosed the problem quickly based on the symptoms I described. When he returned to install a replacement part he was quick and efficient.

Dave was the best ! Extremely thorough and explained everything. But I have been without a refrigerator for three months . I have a Sears home appliance warrantee that I’ve paid $65 for 3 years . They refuse to replace the refrigerator even though it cannot be fixed . They have sent out technicians from outsourcing company called Mr.Appliance. I called every 3-5 days to say my refrigerator was still not working and nothing was ever done . I would get “ it’s being expedited “. 3 months wasted over 2K in warranty. DO NOT EVER BUY SEARS HOME APPLIANCE WARRANTY

Tech arrived as scheduled… unfortunately we were unable to reproduce the error code in the appliance panel since it was intermittent and went after power breaker reset; only to appear again later !! Deductible was promptly charged to our card though… without the code repeat and beeps, tech cannot pinpoint one of two problems to resolve; we need the annoying berps agsin to reschedule him to fix !!!
