it's all about the Tech Bruce, he was quick efficient and to the point regarding repair, not to mention, it was freezing cold, (snowblower repair) also courteous and respectful what more is that to say?

Juan was very professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. I had a different HVAC guy previously and was not useful. I decided to try Sears. My furnace is possessed and works when it wants to. Furnace was working when Juan showed up. After some q&a and checking unit he determined with confidence where the problem may lie. The other HVAC guy wanted me to buy this and that at my expense to see if it fixed the problem. A problem which he was able to see. Nice guy and all but I wasn't impressed. I spent $200 on a control board I didn't need. Juan deserves represented well and deserves a good pay on the back. If furnace acts up again I will request Juan. (I think Juan scared away any demons that may have possessed my furnace! Lol)

David, the Sear's technician that came to service my LG refrigerator's freezer, was excellent and professional in his approach to repairing the issue of ongoing ice buildup and subsequent melting. I can say that because I had another service company attempt to effect a repair 2 years ago and David went above and beyond that of the other technician. Although they both started by chipping and steaming the ice out of the main freezer compartment the earlier service did not bother to check if the freezer drain was clogged. Anybody that watched both technicians could have easily differentiated between the two repairs as access to the drain is from the rear of the refrigerator, requiring it to be pulled from the wall, and the technician on the earlier service did not follow through on that (which is also more than likely why the issue reappeared). When David performed that check of the drain he pulled out a plug that was obviously clogging the drain line. I can't say for certain that this will be the final repair on this issue but I am more hopeful now than I have been previously.
