Our technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Your AI services are abominable. Prior to this technician, another appointment had been scheduled and that assigned technician was a no show, no call. My attempts to investigate the situation were met with typical robotic AI responses yielding NO resolution. You customer service via AI is deplorable.
