John was very friendly and knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing our dishwasher. Even though my first return appointment to do the repairs was not kept, causing me to miss a day of work, when John did finally arrive 2 days later he completed the repairs in a timely fashion and brought his humor along with him. Sears needs to do a better job at letting customers know when they will be showing up rather than saying: 'We will be there between 8 and 5'.

Very professional gentleman with amazing skills. He was on time and very experienced. I was able to go ahead with my oven repair while working from home, without any disrupting noise and no mess at all. Wish all the service techs I use were as considerate!
