Nice, efficient, and did a thorough job. He called me when he arrived, so I could put the dogs away! Thank you to the service man that came to repair it, and thank you to Sears for my cooktop bring 22 years old! All that was needed was to new starter parts and it works perfectly. A big thank you for having 4 -20..year old parts!!!!!

David was able to reconnect the exhaust hose for my gas dryer. I am happy that I won't have to buy a new dryer. David was friendly and personable. I like the text messages that update me about his arrival time. He was very helpful with his recommendations.

Excellent service. Only bump: When I attempted 3 times to confirm on their robot chat that "Yes-The ordered parts had been delivered to my house", their chat app froze. So my Yes response was not recorded and therefore the follow-up appointment with a repair tech could not be confirmed. I immediately sensed that my Yes might not have been recorded, so I called them on the phone. The experience on the phone with a human (across the globe) just to record my Yes was more painful than it should have been. In the end, my washer issue got resolved smoothly.

This was a long difficult repair and John was able to fix the wall oven without complaining and even had a sense of humor. Took two people to take out the oven to work on. Took awhile to schedule the service but I’m happy with the service today.
