John is so knowledgeable, caring and efficient, I wish the A&E repair people were like him. They sent a 3rd party person, Fix-it, and they were here 2xs! John found out what the problem was and FIXED IT, right away! Thank you John and A&E!

Our technician arrived as scheduled, was punctual, extremely courteous and professional. He knew exactly what was needed to resolve the issue with our refrigerator and immediately went to work. He was totally prepared and organized and treated our home/kitchen with respect. The required part was installed and the refrigerator was back to functioning normally. We are totally satisfied with the service provided by our technician. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
