Steven called to let me know his approximate time of arrival, which was great since the window is 8 to 1. He arrived right around that time. Very efficient and was able to advise of the issue. Unfortunately, the range is too old for the part needed. I was pleased to find out the answer. The 1st tech did not even look for the model/serial number which I found after he left and was charged for a visit. I was very pleased with Jim. Thank you.
