Dr. Dave, I call him doctor because he came, checked my Riding Mower and told me what was wrong. He ordered the part (camshaft), came back and had it working in a couple of hours. He's a professional tech. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Doc

John was very friendly and knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing our dishwasher. Even though my first return appointment to do the repairs was not kept, causing me to miss a day of work, when John did finally arrive 2 days later he completed the repairs in a timely fashion and brought his humor along with him. Sears needs to do a better job at letting customers know when they will be showing up rather than saying: 'We will be there between 8 and 5'.
