Jim was here for service for my oven in 2023 which was my first service call. Thanks to Samsung, this seems to be an annual tradition of me requesting service for my oven. I’m grateful that sears once again saved the day and my technician was a familiar face ! Since I’ve called for service the last 3 years at the end of the year, I think it’s safe to say - same time next year ?! In all seriousness, with the way appliances and everything else is made these days, having a protection plan is MANDATORY !!!!!! 10/10 thanks again.
