I recently had David from Sears come out to service both my washer and dryer, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, David demonstrated exceptional professionalism, technical expertise, and dedication that's increasingly rare to find these days. What impressed me most was David's commitment to getting the job done right. He made three separate visits to my home, spending about an hour and a half to two hours each time, working diligently to diagnose and repair both appliances. That level of follow-through and persistence is remarkable - he didn't give up until everything was working perfectly. The washer had a particularly tricky issue - the top lid had been ripped off, and something was stuck in the filter, causing the water pump to malfunction and preventing proper pumping and filtering. David methodically identified the problem, cleared the obstruction, and restored the washer to full working order. With the dryer, he discovered broken internal parts and replaced them efficiently, getting it running like new again. Beyond his technical skills, what really stood out was David's personality and professionalism. He was incredibly pleasant, genuinely sweet, and courteous throughout all three visits. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with each appliance, what he was doing to fix them, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. He treated my home with respect and made what could have been a frustrating multi-visit situation feel completely stress-free. David's work ethic is exemplary - he clearly takes pride in his craft and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. He didn't just patch things up; he made sure both appliances were thoroughly repaired and functioning properly before completing the job. It's refreshing to work with a technician who goes above and beyond and demonstrates such a positive attitude. If you need appliance repair, I highly recommend requesting David specifically. He's a true professional and a tremendous asset to the Sears service team. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for any future appliance needs. Five stars without reservation!
