David was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about grill repair, and meticulous in his work. (David spent about two hours cleaning and adjusting the grill - I would label him a perfectionist!) He also was quite affable, and shared a number of tips on keeping the grill in top form. In addition, I should mention that he showed up well within the appointment time frame. If you need Sears repair, try to get David.
